Rookie estimator Skylar Kern of Beechmont Subaru (Kenwood Dealer Group) was eager to grow as an estimator.

Then her manager enrolled her in the Matrix Estimating Training Bootcamp. A 4-day, 30-hour simulated shop experience that delivers the foundation for estimating accuracy and efficiency.
